Here is some information to ensure success in you teen course!

Obtaining your TIP Card:
Minors at the DMV will need:
- Original Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Another form of Identification
(Example: school ID, insurance card, etc.)
- Parent
- Parent ID
- $38.00
Please bring this card with you to class on the first day!
Preparing for Registration:
Registration will start at 7:30am on the first day. The parent/guardian will need to attend the registration.
You will need to bring:
- Parent License/ID
- Childs Original Birth Certificate
- Guardian Ship Paperwork (if you are not listed on the birth certificate)
- Child's TIP Card
- Remaining Balance, if you haven't already paid in full
Please be Aware:
- Parent License or ID
The adult checking in the student MUST have proof of identification. If you are not listed on the birth certificate, please bring the Custody Paperwork showing that you are the guardian or domicilary parent of the student.
